This is a beginner rigid heddle loom from Friendly Loom. This loom comes pre-threaded with yarn, so it's easy for beginner weavers to get started right away. While it's designed with beginners in mind, it is not a toy -- it is a true rigid heddle loom crafted with solid wood and used for making beautiful fabric. Adults and children (as young as seven) will be amazed at the variety of woven pieces you can create with this loom -- scarves, table runners, napkins, placemats, and even larger items when you sew your woven pieces together.
