Alba from BC Garn is a luxurious, soft, fingering weight organic cotton yarn in wonderful colors, ideal for all summer garments and accessories, as well as for babies and children. Alba proudly holds the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification and is grown, processed, and dyed using methods that are kind to the planet. This certification guarantees that every aspect of Alba's production is ecologically, environmentally, and ethically sustainable from the very beginning of the process to the final product. Alba is grown, dyed and spun in Turkey.

The Danish company BC Garn was founded in 1972 by Bo Carstensen, who comes from a long line of weavers. The focus has always been on developing yarns made from natural fibres in a wide range of colours. In spring 2018, Marianna and Bo handed over BC Garn to Britta and Carsten Kremke, who vowed to continue on in the tradition of its Danish founders.
